I love the look of this film, it seems
every shot is a beautiful mirror of itself, the actors within the scene obviously
move, but the sets are so similar it is beautiful to watch. Often these shots
are shot with a wide-angle lens that distorts the straight lines which is
unlike Horishi Sugimoto's "Movie Theatres" or Candida Hofer’s "Libraries", where the
lines are perfect.

I think he filmed it like this to add a different feel to the film compared with other blockbusters you might see.
